How to Take Cayenne to Beat Candida

- Organic lemons
- Cayenne pepper
- Maple syrup
- Water bottle

Boil enough water so that you have two cups of hot water when finished. Pour the hot water in a large glass.

Squeeze a fresh, organic lemon until your have two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to the glass of hot water.

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the hot water.

Add one or two teaspoons of maple syrup to the hot water. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds, then allow the water to cool down. Pour the mixture in a water bottle. Drink the cayenne pepper mixture throughout the day. Repeat these Steps each day. Continue to drink the cayenne pepper mixture until your candida overgrowth symptoms subside.

Eat foods that do not contain gluten or sugar until your candida symptoms are gone. Eliminate foods such as bread, pasta, cereal and milk from your diet.
