    • A dose of two to eight ounces of aloe vera juice is recommended per day. Too much consumption of the juice can cause electrolyte loss and fluid imbalance. People might also experience intestinal cramps or pink colored urine. It is wise to consult with a doctor before drinking aloe vera juice.
