Beans According to the National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse, foods that may cause lower stomach gas include: beans, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, milk and dairy products, artificial sweeteners, peaches, prunes, tomatoes, citrus fruit, brussels sprouts, radishes, onions, pasta, wheat, lettuce, raisins and carbonated drinks.
