1
Open a new document in your word processing software.
-
2
Create a table. You want three rows and at least 10 columns.
-
3
Label your rows. In the first cell type the word, "Date". On the second row, type the word "Type and on the third row, write the word "Reaction." This will help you remember the day the enema was given, what kind of enema you administer, including coffee enema and traditional enema, and your reaction to your enema.
-
4
Fill out the form as you administer each enema. Remember you may have to wait a day, before the enema gets your system moving. Writing down any adverse reactions will help you to decide to duplicate (or not) that enema.
