Symptoms and Treatment for Parasite Infection

Parasite infections often occur in conjunction with an overgrowth of the candidan albicans fungus. Symptoms can include diarrhea, dizziness, nausea, muscle pain, loss of appetite, lack of energy, food allergies, skin rashes, constipation and restlessness. The best treatment for any parasite invasion is a complete body cleanse, which consists of a combination of diet, probiotics and colon cleansing.
  1. Diet for Parasites

    • Since parasite invasions often occur in conjunction with candida overgrowth, the symptoms and condition are usually treated through diet. A lack of energy can occur because fungus and parasites feed on some of your nutrients, especially gluten and sugar. The best prevention diet starts with the temporary elimination of gluten and sugar. Eat brown rice or other substitutes instead of commercial bread, pasta and cereal. You can continue to eat meat, most nuts and vegetables, and gluten-free grains like millet, buckwheat and basmati rice.

Moreover, vegetables have digestive enzymes that can kill fungus and parasites. Vegetables create phagocytosis in your body. This is where white blood cells clean the blood and eliminate unhealthy cells (those containing fungus, parasites and toxins). Any adverse symptoms from parasites can start improving once you start eating more vegetables. Juicing with raw vegetables can be highly effective in eliminating parasites. You absorb the nutrients more quickly. Be sure to clean them first (i.e., vinegar and water).

    Probiotics

    • Diarrhea and skin rashes can occur because excess candida and parasites overtake your body's natural bacteria. Probiotics are "friendly" bacteria that can replenish your body's bacteria. Increasing bacteria will help kill parasites and other foreign entities. Yogurt also contains probiotics or cultures. You can eat several yogurts per day to mitigate your symptoms and kill parasites. It is best to eat the sugar-free versions. Another food that contains cultures is buttermilk.

    Colon Cleanses

    • Colon cleanses can eliminate a number of adverse symptoms caused by parasitic invasion. Muscle pain and constipation can be caused by inflamed fecal and mucus impactions in the colon. These impactions harbor fungus, toxins and parasites. You can use colon cleansing kits or colonic irrigation. The kits contain herbs and foods that kill yeast and parasites, but you may be sensitive or allergic to some of the ingredients (i.e., garlic). Colonic irrigation uses ozonated water to rid the body of foreign entities. Higher temperatures can kill parasites.

    Length of Treatment

    • There is no set time period for killing parasites and excess candida. The worse your symptoms are, the longer it will take. You can start overcoming many symptoms from parasites fairly quickly. You should be able to drop colon cleansing and add some gluten and sugar products back into your diet after a month. Continue to eat lots of vegetables or juice to prevent other parasite infections.
