Foods to Expel Human Parasites

There are more than 3,200 varieties of parasites. One of the most prevalent parasites is the pin worm. Others include tapeworms, heart worms, hookworms and protozoa. These parasites can enter the body through foods, water, mosquitoes and even from sexual intercourse. Symptoms of a parasite invasion can include anemia, fatigue, diarrhea and other digestive disorders. Systemic yeast (a fungal parasite) can also spawn other parasites. Fortunately, there are certain foods that can rid the body of them.
  1. Raw Vegetables

    • Eating raw vegetables is one way to get rid of parasites. It is best to mix them in a blender (juicing) as this makes it easier to consume larger quantities. Raw vegetables contain digestive enzymes. When one has systemic yeast problems from candida, which some parasites consume, enzymes can kill the yeast. Moreover, raw vegetables alkalize the body. Since yeast and parasites thrive in a more acidic environment, a diet high in alkaline foods can help eliminate them. Raw vegetables also contain many vitamins such as A, the B vitamins, C and K. Some of these vitamins are antioxidants, which foster healthy cell production and eliminate unbalanced cells (those containing yeast, toxins and parasites). Some vegetables that are effective in killing parasites include celery, beets, cucumbers, kale, garlic, carrots, radishes, parsley and wheat grass.

    Fresh Fruits

    • One can also juice with fresh fruits. Most fruits are alkaline foods, which can produce pH levels in the body that are hostile to parasites. Fruits are natural laxatives and can help clear the bowels of impactions. These are clumps of feces and mucus that line the walls of the large intestines. Impactions are often fraught with yeast, toxins and parasites. Some common fruits that can be used for parasitic invasions are bananas, kiwi, pineapples, oranges, cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, plums and raisins.

    Cereals

    • Cereals can be highly effective for cleansing the colon and eliminating parasites. Cereals have high amounts of soluble fibers. Wheat, barley and rye cereals are used for colon cleansing, as are oat bran and oatmeal. Many parasites can be eliminated in the large intestines before they enter the bloodstream and invade cells.

    Nuts & Seeds

    • Nuts and seeds are also highly effective in eliminating parasites from the colon. Like cereals, they also contain high levels of fiber. Almonds, whole flax seeds and soy nuts are some common nuts and seeds used for colon cleansing. Other nuts and seeds that are high in fiber include walnuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts and coconuts, and sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds.

    Buttermilk & Yogurt

    • Buttermilk and yogurt are often used as a last resort in killing the most stubborn parasites. These foods contain cultures, or probiotics, that can replenish the natural bacteria in the digestive tract and colon. Probiotics kill systemic yeast and parasites. Adding salt, ground pepper and roasted cumin seed to buttermilk can increase its potency. It is recommended that one drink three to four glasses of buttermilk per day to rid the body of parasites.
