How to Cleanse Your System

When you experience sluggishness, skin problems, aches, pains and irregularity, your body is telling you it needs a good scrub-down. Adults ages 18 to 65 should get 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity five days a week, according to the American Heart Association.
