How to Use Benefiber
Benefiber is a brand of fiber supplements that promotes healthy bowel movements in individuals experiencing digestive problems such as constipation. Individuals whose diets are lacking in fiber can also benefit from Benefiber. Fiber, which is naturally found in beans and oats, is helpful in maintaining a healthy digestive system. To use the Benefiber Powder: Mix two teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 4 ounces of water or into soft food, such as oatmeal. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved. Use three times a day. Children under 11 years should only use 1 teaspoon of Benefiber.

To use the Benefiber Chewables: Chew three tablets three times daily with or without a meal. Children under 11 years old should only chew one and a half tablets.

To use the Benefiber Caplets: Take three caplets three times daily with a glass of water or juice. Do not take more than nine caplets a day.

To use the Benefiber Stick Packs: Stir a packet into 4 to 8 ounces of water or juice. You can also stir into cold or hot soft food. Make sure the powder is completely dissolved before consuming. The Stick Packs are ideal for traveling.
