Take 1 tablet with water, 15 to 30 minutes before eating a meal. Your doctor might tell you to take 2 tablets at a time after you have been on a Motilium course for 2 weeks. Follow the doctor's instructions.

Wait 2 hours before and after taking Motilium to take stomach antacid tablets. These reduce the acidity of your stomach, but some stomach acid is needed to help Motilium break down and be absorbed properly.

Repeat the dosing cycle as often as 3 to 4 times per day. You should take Motilium only as long as your doctor prescribes. Most people will take it for up to 6 months.
