Instructions

Mix one drop of oil of oregano with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil. Simply add the drop of oregano oil to a large spoonful of coconut oil. Ingest this like a dose of liquid medicine. It is recommended that you also drink plenty of water after each dose so you flush your system of toxins, pathogens and yeast that dies off as the oregano oil does its magic.

Take the one drop of the oil of oregano/coconut oil solution three times a day. You can always place the mix of oil of oregano and coconut oil in a gelatin tab to ingest it that way. If you find this dosage difficult to maintain because of physical reactions, add more coconut oil to each dose and/or decrease the amount of times that you take the solution. Try twice or even once a day instead.

Take this homemade solution for at least 10 days or until you feel better. If you find that you still have the typical symptoms of Candida after the 10-day treatment (such as bloating, gas and low energy), take a 2-day rest and then take the solution again for another 10 days. You may experiment with the ingestion of oil of oregano, with breaks of a couple of days between treatments, for 1 month. After that, consult your healthcare provider for more suggestions.
