How to Take a Natural Colonic at Home

- Three gallons strong coffee (2 to 4 tablespoons of grounds per quart) Enema bag Enema tubing Bucket

Brew the coffee. Make the coffee one fresh batch at a time and allow to cool.

Insert coffee. Putting up to half a cup of coffee into the enema back, attach the enema tube. Lay on one side and insert into the anus. Raise the enema bag and allow the coffee to enter slowly, stopping before any significant pressure is felt.

Massage the lower abdomen. Rising to all fours, massage the lower abdomen gently until the need to evacuate the bowels arises. Use the bucket if getting to the toilet is not practical.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3. It can take up to an hour or more to work through all the coffee, but continue to add half a cup at a time, massaging the abdomen with the goal of retaining the fluid in the colon for as long as possible.
