- 2 Tbsp 100% pure raw honey
- 1/4 tsp non-irradiated ground cinnamon

Warm up 6 to 8 ounces of water. You don't want it to be boiling; you want it to be drinkable.

Add 2 Tablespoons of honey and ¼ teaspoon of non-irradiated cinnamon powder and mix well. It will take a minute for all of the honey to dissolve. Boiling honey is unhealthy; you want it to be raw to be beneficial so make sure the water has cooled a bit.
