If you decide to eat beans, before preparing the dry ones, you should soak the beans in a bowl of water to reduce excess gas. Discard the pre-soaked water, pour fresh water on it and cook.

      When eating your meal, chew your food slowly and properly. Eating too fast is one of the causes of gas and bloating. While eating, avoid talking and chewing with your mouth open.
