How to Make Constipation Curing Juice
Constipation can be chronic or temporary, and is defined by less than three bowel movements per week. Caused by hard, dry fecal matter which is difficult to pass, constipation can be accompanied by pain, cramping and bloating and in extreme cases can cause hemorrhoids. While there are a number of over-the-counter and prescription medications to relieve constipation, adding a natural, healthy juice to your diet can help eliminate constipation, chronic or temporary.Things You'll Need

1
Peel one large fresh green apple, remove the seeds and place it in a blender. Green apples are high in malic acid, which can help break down the build up of fatty tissues blocking the liver, gallbladder and throughout the intestines. They are also a great source of fiber that will help cure constipation.

Add one large pear to the blender after removing the seeds. It is not necessary to remove the peel, but you can if you wish. Pears are rich in vitamins and minerals that help to clear the colon and kidneys and can help to regenerate your blood cells. The pear pulp is another great source of dietary fiber which will help cure constipation.

Measure 1/2 cup of prune juice into the blender and blend well. Prunes contain dihydrophenylisatin, a natural and gentle laxative. Prunes are also high in iron, making them perfect for people who suffer from anemia.

Drink one glass every morning and one glass at night before bed until constipation passes. You can make your daily juice in the morning and store it in the refrigerator for the evening, but do not keep juice more than 12 hours. If you have chronic constipation, you can continue with one glass each morning for upkeep after the initial constipation has passed.
