Eat a healthy and balanced diet:

Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of unhealthy fats.

Focus on eating whole, nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

Increase your fiber intake by consuming plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Fiber can help keep you feeling full and satisfied, which can reduce the likelihood of overeating.

Practice portion control:

Pay attention to portion sizes and avoid overeating.

You can try using smaller plates and bowls to help control portion sizes.

Engage in regular cardiovascular exercise:

Swimming is an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise.

Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

Consider adding strength training exercises to your routine, as they can help build muscle and improve overall body composition.

Stay hydrated:

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Staying hydrated can help keep your metabolism functioning properly and reduce water retention, which can contribute to a bloated feeling.

Get enough sleep:

Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.

Lack of sleep can disrupt hormones that regulate appetite and metabolism.

Talk to a registered dietitian:

If you are struggling with achieving your desired body composition or have concerns about your diet, consider talking to a registered dietitian.

A dietitian can provide personalized advice and support tailored to your individual needs and goals.
