How can you get Chorea?

1. Sydenham's chorea (Sydenham chorea):

- Usually occurs in children and young adults.

- Most commonly occurs as a complication of rheumatic fever.

- Rheumatic fever is a condition that is caused by a bacterial infection (usually Streptococcus pyogenes or "strep throat").

2. Huntington's disease

- Inherited genetic condition that causes a breakdown of nerve cells in the brain.

- Usually develops between the ages of 30 and 50.

- Chorea is one of the main symptoms

3. Other causes
