Homemade Relief for Gas & Flatulence

Flatulence is a common medical condition mostly known as gas or intestinal gas. When the foods you eat are incompletely digested, a chemical process occurs that produces gas. The chemical process is the bacteria in the body fermenting the undigested food. The Mayo Clinic in its article "Gas and Gas Pains" reports that a person "passes gas generally at least 12 or more times a day." While embarrassing, flatulence and gas are also natural. It is not serious problem, so homemade remedies are effective in relieving the gas.
