How to Use Mineral Oil as a Laxative

If you're suffering from constipation or attempting to clear your bowels for other any other reason, mineral oil can be used as a laxative. Made of petroleum, mineral oil is effective in producing stool up to twice a day if half an ounce is taken every morning. Mineral oil is completely odorless, colorless and tasteless, making it easy to consume alone or mixed in a drink.
