How to Get Rid of Foot Fatigue
Instructions

1
Buy comfortable shoes that fit. Ask a shoe salesman to properly size your foot before you buy a pair of comfortable, supportive shoes.
-
2
Treat common health problems that can cause foot fatigue like diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, stroke-related set backs or poor circulation.
-
3
Stretch your feet in the morning before getting out of bed. Just like you'd stretch before working out, give your feet a good morning stretch before their long day of activity. Wiggle and stretch toes, ankles and arches of your feet any way that feels comfortable.
-
4
Ice your feet if they feel swollen or inflamed. While they may be just over-worked and fatigued, you should see a doctor if you feel there's any kind of injury.
-
5
Rotate the shoes you wear. Alternate the shoes you wear. Keep your feet feeling healthy and by wearing a different pair of shoes everyday. You only need to have two pairs of comfortable shoes, and switch between each pair.

6
Get a good foot massage in the evening or when your feet are sore. It doesn't have to be a professional massage; a good rub of any sort is better than none at all.
