Instructions

    • 1

Place a heating pad on your joints. Heat helps loosen the muscles around the joints.

    • 2

Stretch. Stretching your arms and legs, if it isn't too painful, can increase circulation and loosen your joints.

    • 3

Take a hot bath with two tsp. of Epsom salt. Epsom salt can be purchased at your local drugstore or grocery store. Sit in the bath for at least 20 minutes to ease your sore joints.

    • 4

Rub a muscle relaxing gel like Tiger Balm on your joints. Tiger Balm can be purchased at your local drugstore and provides a heat sensation to soothe your joints.

    • 5

Take Ibuprofen to ease the pain. Always take Ibuprofen with a full glass of water and on a full stomach.
