A bad diseases that not many people know about?
Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) is a rare, fatal neurodegenerative disorder that affects humans and animals. It is caused by a type of abnormal protein called a prion, which is resistant to heat, radiation, and proteolytic enzymes. CJD is rapidly progressive, meaning that symptoms can develop and worsen quickly, leading to severe dementia, movement problems, and eventually death. There is currently no cure or effective treatment for CJD.
