How do people abuse tramadol?

People who abuse tramadol often take more than the prescribed dosage and more regularly. They may also mix tramadol with alcohol or other drugs, or crush or break the pills in order to ingest them more quickly and/or snort them for faster absorption. When tramadol is abused, it can lead to addiction and other serious health problems.
