Alcoholics Anonymous is a support group for those who suffer from alcohol addiction, and who wish to find moral support from others dealing with the same issue. Regular meetings are located in discreet locations, and include group discussions about the disease. The desire to quit drinking is a requirement, according to the organization. Alcoholics Anonymous provides several group meetings across a metropolitan area, in order to reduce the stress of finding a meeting nearby. Attendance is free, according to the official AA site.
