Select a hairless portion of the body to apply the patch. Clean the area with a non-moisturizing soap and towel it dry. Do not apply any lotions or creams to the area.

Remove the patch from its sealed pouch. Carefully remove the plastic liner from the adhesive side of the patch without touching the adhesive.

Lay the patch, adhesive side down, on the cleansed area of skin. Press the patch into place with the heel of your palm and hold for 10 seconds to make sure it sticks.

Dispose of the pouch and plastic liner in a place that is out of the reach of children or pets. Wash your hands.

Wear the pouch for 16 or 24 hours. Upon removal, gently peel the patch off the skin. Dispose of the used patch in a place out of the reach of children and animals. Wash your hands.
