How to Locate an NA Meeting
-
1
Visit the NA website to find NA meetings in your area (see Resources for the link). From the home page, click on the "Find A Meeting" option.
-
2
Select "Find A Meeting" a second time when redirected from the homepage. This link redirects you to enter location specifications in order to locate the meeting closest and most convenient for you.
-
3
Enter your city, state, ZIP code and country in the spaces provided. From the drop-down option, choose a mileage range within your ZIP code to search for meetings. Also specify the day on which you can attend meetings, or select "All Days" from the next drop-down. Click the "Search" button at the bottom of the page.
-
4
Review the options the search provides. The results show location, address, day, time, meeting format and whether it is an open meeting for anybody to attend or a closed meeting, only for those with an addiction. You can choose to receive an email update from the group of your choice as well.
-
5
Call one of the numbers provided to talk to a local contact for help or guidance. Select "Local NA Helplines and Websites" from the "Find A Meeting" page on the NA website.
-
6
Select either USA/Canada or World Search. For a USA/Canada search, select a search type of either area code or state. For a world search, select the appropriate country. Follow the prompts for each option to obtain a phone number for a group in your area.
