Get rid of excess ear wax first. This can easily be done by laying your ear on top of a hot water bottle. If it is too hot, cover it with a thin towel. The warmth will melt the wax so that it will come flowing out.

2
Warm up 2 tbsp. of organic olive oil. You can do this in the microwave for 10 seconds. Just make sure it isn't so hot it will burn the inside of your ear.
-
3
Drip three drops of the organic olive oil in your itchy ear. Make sure your head is tilted and wait three minutes before lifting your head back up again. The organic olive oil will keep your ear from becoming dry, and will soothe any itch that you have.

Drip three drops of mineral oil in your itchy ear if you think that a bug is the culprit of the itch. The mineral oil will kill the bug. Make sure that your head is tilted to the side and that you wait at least five minutes before sitting upright again.
