How to Clean a Starkey Hearing Aid

- Cotton swab
- Clean toothbrush
- Soft cloth (that came with the hearing aid)

Remove the Starkey hearing aid from your ear and place it on a paper towel.

Turn the hearing aid over and remove the battery cover. Take out the battery and lay it on the paper towel.

Use a cotton swab and gently clean the battery contacts. Take care not to break or bend the battery contacts.

Reinstall the battery in the hearing aid. Place the battery cover back in place.

Use a clean toothbrush to gently scrub the hearing aid to break up any caked-on earwax and grime. Scrub around the microphone and receiver.

Wipe the Starkey hearing aid with the soft cloth that came with the hearing aid. Do not wet the cloth and do not use any liquid on the device.
