Instructions

    • 1

Mix four drops of water with eight drops of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide has the ability to naturally dry up the fluid in your ear.

    • 2

Tilt your head to one side and drip six drops of the solution in to your ear. Stay still for three minutes. Repeat this with the other ear if it also contains fluid.

    • 3

Use the solution a second time later that day. Repeat each day for three days. Your fluid should be gone by then.

    • 4

See your doctor and get antibiotics if the fluid remains. The antibiotics will kill any infection and dry the fluid up so that you have relief.

    • 5

Take the antibiotics until they are all gone. Stopping too early can result in the fluid not completely drying up. It can also allow any infection that was present to grow again.
