How to Unpop an Ear Filled With Water
When you swim you have a chance that some of the water will get inside of your ears and clog them. This is not only uncomfortable, but it can cause problems with your hearing. You may even find that your balance is a little off. If you don't drain the water out of your ears, it can lead to an infection and that can lead to hearing loss.Things You'll Need

1
Lean your head to the side and yawn. Simply leaning your head to the side is sometimes enough to draw the water out, but by yawning, you are increasing the pressure in your ear. This helps loosen the water loose so it can run out of your ear.

2
Lean your head to the side and hop on one foot. This jerky movement is often enough to dislodge the water and allow it to run out of your ear.

Mix the alcohol and vinegar to form a solution that will dry the water in your ear. This method is highly effective, but it does not work instantly. You need to apply five drops in each clogged ear and let it sit for five minutes. This must be repeated twice a day until the water has dried up. This is a great method to use if you cannot dislodge the water.

See your doctor if you cannot unclog your ear. Your doctor will have tools in his office that can be used to clean out your ear. Your doctor can also tell if there is an infection. In that case, you would need an antibiotic.
