- Eye dropper 3% hydrogen peroxide

Clean and rinse your eyedropper thoroughly.

Fill your eyedropper about halfway with 3% hydrogen peroxide.

Place your uninfected ear flat on a table so that your infected ear is parallel with the floor.

Slowly squeeze about three drops of the hydrogen peroxide into your ear canal. Sit for about one minute.

Gently rub your ear to allow the hydrogen peroxide to settle. Repeat all steps daily until the ear infection is gone.
