1
Get an ear syringe and hydrogen peroxide. You will pour the peroxide into the syringe. You do not need much peroxide at all in order for it to be effective. Fill the syringe up one third. Before squirting it into the ear, make sure to have a dry and wet rag nearby.

2
Tilt your head to allow the liquid to stay in your ear without dripping out. Take the dry rag and keep it under the ear in case the solution bubbles out.
-
3
Squirt the hydrogen peroxide into your ear. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes or until the solution stops bubbling. It will make a popping or fizzing sound, but that is from the hydrogen peroxide working on the cleaning of your middle ear.

4
Tilt your head to the opposite direction in order to empty out the hydrogen peroxide. You will use the dry rag in order to catch all of the liquid. You want to keep your head tilted with the rag up to your ear until you feel all of the liquid is out. This could take a few minutes.
