Can you sneeze through your ears?
Sneezing through the ears is not possible under normal circumstances. Sneezing involves forcefully expelling air through the nose and mouth, and it occurs when an irritant triggers a reflex in the respiratory system. The Eustachian tubes, which connect the middle ear to the back of the throat, usually open and equalize air pressure during sneezing, preventing air from entering the ears.
