Middle Ear Infection (Otitis Media):

- Fever
- Headache
- Dizziness or balance problems
- Fluid buildup behind the eardrum, causing a feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear
- Hearing loss or muffled hearing
- Drainage of fluid or pus from the ear
Inner Ear Infection (Labyrinthitis):
- Severe dizziness or vertigo, which may cause difficulty walking or keeping your balance
- Nausea and vomiting
- Tinnitus (ringing or buzzing sound in the ear)
