Tips for cleaning your ears
* Do not insert anything into your ear canal, such as a cotton swab, bobby pin, or paper clip. This can damage your eardrum.
* If you have a lot of earwax, you can use an over-the-counter earwax removal kit. Follow the instructions on the package carefully.
* If you have any pain, discharge, or hearing loss from your ears, see your doctor.
When to see a doctor
* You should see a doctor if you have:
* Pain
* Itchiness or ear discharge
* Hearing loss
