Sleep with the water-blocked ear against the pillow to help drain while you sleep.

Turn your head to the side and use your finger to create suction by pressing it over the ear canal repeatedly until you feel the water pour out.

Turn the affected ear upward and use a dropper to add a few drops of water into the ear before quickly tilting your head sideways so the ear faces the ground. When the new water touches the trapped water, it will pull it out as it leaves when you tilt your head.
