  Clean your ear thoroughly and fit your hearing aid so it sits where you will wear it.

  Take the hearing aid out and place the moldable liner over the portion that fits into your ear. Try to fit the liner as smoothly against the hearing aid as possible.

  Put the hearing aid back into your ear and see whether it feels comfortable or not.

  Use your fingers to work the liner into a better position if the hearing aid doesn't sit comfortably. Keep checking it in your ear until you can't feel the liner anymore.
