Foods That Are Beneficial to the Inner Ear

Having a diet filled with healthy vitamins is a great way to keep inner ear infections at bay. The vitamins and nutrients listed below also give your body the appropriate tools to fight off inner ear infections. Children and adults deficient in the below mentioned vitamins are at a much higher risk of ear infections. Combining varying types of vegetables, wheat bread products and nuts will help ensure a healthy inner ear.
  1. Vitamin A

    • Vegetables rich in vitamin A are great for the inner ear. Sweet potatoes, carrots, paprika, red bell peppers and spinach are all rich in vitamin A.

    Vitamin C
