Make this a remedy using millet seeds, salt and a cotton bag. Roast 3 or 4 tbsp. of millet seeds for about 15 minutes in the oven, then place them with an equal part of salt in the bag, and place it over the ears. You can also use rice for this remedy instead of seeds, in which case you heat up the cotton bag with the rice and salt in it for about a minute in the microwave, making sure you don't apply the bag if it feels too hot.
Just Relax
-
Relax your mind and body. Stress can cause and increase ringing in the ears, so it's important to relax yourself if you are trying to get rid of ringing. Lie down with some soothing music, maybe light some incense, or put a cool rag or cucumber slices on your eyes.
