How to Alleviate Vertigo

Vertigo can be a debilitating condition for those unlucky enough to suffer from it. The cause is a problem of the inner ear or more specifically, the vestibular system. The symptoms are primarily dizziness, a loss of balance and the sensation of motion when you are not moving. These balance problems may also be accompanied by vomiting and nausea. There are several underlying medical conditions which cause vertigo, but the most common is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, which can be alleviated with a few different movement drills.
