How to Use Video Otoscopes
Otoscopy is the medical examination of the ear canal and tympanic membrane, otherwise known as the ear drum. Traditionally, the clinician inspects the ear then makes a written note of his findings. Video otoscopy creates a permanent visual record of the outer ear's condition that enables the clinician to easily monitor changes over time and also check the effectiveness of any treatment. Video otoscopes are easy to set up and use, and the clinician will be able to quickly produce high-quality images that will form part of a patient's record.Instructions
