How do I Relieve Eye Disinfectant in the Eye?

If you're a contact lens wearer, you probably use disinfectant to clean your lenses of deposits, dirt or debris. Typically, you apply a few drops of disinfectant to the lens. Using a clean finger, you rub the disinfectant into the lens, then rinse the lens with saline solution. If the disinfectant is not rinsed off with saline solution before you place the lens in your eye, it will burn and may damage your eye. First aid requires a few steps.
