Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes. Even if your eyes itch, rubbing them can increase the water build up and actually make your eyes worse.

Move away from the possible allergens. If you are outside and all of the pollen is wreaking havoc on your eyes you should move indoors.

Take some allergy medication. There are several different over-the-counter medications you can take to help clear up the issue. Many of these brands only cost a few dollars.

Apply eye drops to your eyes if the allergy medication does not work. The eye drops can help clear any irritants from your eyes.
