Instructions

    • 1

Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap and warm water. Dry them.

    • 2

With your non-dominant hand, carefully and lightly hold open one of your eyes with the index finger and thumb.

    • 3

With the index finger and thumb of your other hand, carefully lean toward the mirror and locate the contact lens with these fingers. Make sure not to use your nails at all.

    • 4

Grasp the contact gently and squeeze so your finger and thumb meet, then remove your hand from your eye with the contact between your fingers.

    • 5

Set the contact lens in the proper case with the saline solution. Repeat this procedure with your other eye.
