Instructions

    • 1

Apply moisturizer first before putting on any make-up. Even semi-clean skin needs a little moisturizer for a smooth finish.

    • 2

Apply a gold tinted foundation around the outside corners of the eyes. Apply it also on the rest of the face and blend evenly. The color will neutralize the red and blue colors that make the eyes look tired. This will also neutralize "bags" under the eyes.

    • 3

Apply the shimmer eye shadow to your eyelids and just above your brow bone. This will open up the eye area and brighten (visually) your face.

    • 4

Apply a black or brown liner just on the top lid and the outside corners of the bottom lid. This will make eyes seem more defined.

    • 5

Swipe on a silver or white eye liner on the inside corners of the bottom lid. Pat it with fingers or smudge it slightly with a brush to make the color less pronounced. You should have a seamless line that melds from light to dark from one corner of your bottom lid to the other.
