Consult your doctor. Some will do corneal tattoos if their patient has suffered from some sort of eye trauma. However, most doctors will refuse to give a healthy person an eye tattoo. There are too many risks involved in the procedure. Tattooing can cause blindness, infection, scarring and hemorraging. While there has been some research into eye tattoos, the results and implications are not yet known.

Talk to a tattoo artist. Some are starting to do blue eye tattoos. One technique involves injecting your eye with a traditional needle with ink on it. However, this is extremely risky.

Be prepared for the technique. The artist will inject ink into your eye with a syringe. It turns the entire white part of you eye blue. It is extremely difficult to get the ink injected into the right layer of the eye. Do not attempt to give yourself an eye tattoo. You could go blind.

Use lidocaine drops to numb your eyelids before the procedure. The surface of your eye doesn't have any nerve endings, so there isn't much pain.

Apply a patch and use antibiotic drops after you get an eye tattoo.
