  Look through the available frame models to find your frame style if the retail clerk is not able to identify the model of your frames. The retailer should have examples on display and may also have a book for you to look through.

  Ask the retailer to order the frames you want. If you need your prescription lenses transferred to the new frames, then ask the retailer for how their process works in transferring lenses.
