  Tilt your glasses so the lenses catch the sunlight. Anti-glare coating produces a greenish tinge around the lenses. If this tinge is visible, then your glasses probably still have sufficient anti-glare coating and simply need to be cleaned.

  Spray the front and rear of each lens with the cleaner. Opticians usually sell this as part of the care regiment for glasses with anti-glare coating. The cleaning spray helps prevent the anti-glare coating from eroding. It also helps restore clarity when the lenses cloud up with condensation and smudges. Don't attempt to clean lenses when they are dry, as this can cause scratching. Wet them first.

  Rub the cloth on the lenses to wipe off the spray. Use only a cloth provided by an optician, as this is soft enough to protect the anti-glare coating. Coarser cloths can rub away the coating over time.
