Can you wear false eyelashes for an MRI scan as I have none they fell out when was ill so please think me too vain to ask that?
False eyelashes should not be worn for an MRI scan because they can contain metal components that can interfere with the magnetic field generated by the scanner and distort the images produced. This could lead to inaccurate results and compromise the diagnostic value of the scan. Therefore, to ensure safety and obtain accurate results, patients are typically required to remove any magnetic materials or metal objects before undergo an MRI scan.
