How to Wash a Contact Out of the Back of Your Eye
Contacts are an easy way to have the vision improvement you need without bulky, cumbersome glasses. Contact care is fairly simple and quickly becomes routine. Sometimes, however, your contact will slip, causing you discomfort. The good news is that it is physically impossible for your contact to slide around the back of your eye, no matter how much it feels like it has done so. In most cases, when your contact slips and is lost somewhere in your eye, it's just trapped under the eyelid. Retrieving it isn't difficult but can take some patience.Things You'll Need

1
Add a few drops of contact lens solution to your eye. Close your eye and massage your eyelid gently. Usually this is enough to move the contact lens and you can remove it safely.
-
2
Put a Q-tip horizontally across the top of your eyelid and invert your eyelid over it. Tilt your head back while looking down, and you should be able to see the missing contact lens and remove it.

3
Go to an optometrist if neither of the above steps work and have the doctor remove the lens.
