1
Wait for the chalazion to resolve on its on. Most chalazion will vanish on their own in a month.
-
2
Apply a warm compress to your eye four times a day to relieve pain. Leave the compress on your eye for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. It will loosen the oils blocking the gland and provide some relief.
-
3
Talk to your doctor if the lump grows, or does not go away. He may prescribe an antibiotic drop to use with your warm compress. Your doctor may recommend surgery, if the chalazion persists.

4
Clean the eyelash area with baby shampoo once the chalazion resolves, to prevent a recurrence.
